ABOUT US

7 GF Home is a short-stay rental apartment located in the north of Rome, between the neighbourhoods of Tor di Quinto, Vigna Clara, Fleming and Farnesina. The property opened up to guests in January 2023, and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the basic necessities. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and is a comfortable 80 square metres in size, sleeping 4 to 6 people and boasts an outside terrace.

A FULLY-EQUIPPED AND INDEPENDENT GUESTHOUSE FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY.

The property′s strong point is that guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the home, without having to share with other people.
The spacious outdoor area is a bonus for pets and is ideal for outdoor dining, too (the interior is a non-smoking area pursuant to Italian law).
The apartment is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) on the border of Rome′s green belt, making it accessible even to lower-class Euro vehicles. It is easy to reach as it is connected to the GRA ring road (Grande Raccordo Anulare) by way of Via Flaminia Nuova.
Inside the apartment, guests will find kitchenware, cookware and everything necessary for cleaning the property (a vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, iron and ironing board). The property also provides hairdryers and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and, upon request, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste).
Additionally, guests will be provided with fresh bed linen and a set of towels each.

THE ROOMS

THE DOUBLE BEDROOM

The house has a comfortable double bed and, if required, a baby’s cot. There is also a practical walk-in wardrobe.

THE BATHROOM

Brightly lit with a window, it is rather spacious and has two wash basins, a large shower cubicle, a toilet and a bidet.

THE KITCHEN

A fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities including a dishwasher, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. A very spacious liveable area to spend your time, complete with a table and four chairs.

THE MAIN ROOM

This room has an additional table in black tempered glass, a double sofa bed, and various storage units. From here, you can walk out onto the terrace.

THE TERRACE

For the exclusive use of guests, the spacious terrace is around 50 square metres in size. Recently renovated, there is a sink, a washing machine, a rocking chair, a table, a barbecue, a sun umbrella/gazebo, and there are sun loungers, and a few plants for a nice green touch.

NEARBY

The apartment is located 200 metres from Vigna Clara train station, which connects the Valle Aurelia area (Metro A) and St Peter′s and the Vatican. Just a short walk away, you′ll find the new Paideia Clinic, one of the leading private healthcare facilities in Rome, as well as the Salvo d′Acquisto Barracks, where competition events for selection and promotion of the Carabinieri police are held. Approximately three kilometres away is the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico, two venues for sporting events (football and tennis) and as well as concerts. The nearby Ponte Milvio area is also known for its lively entertainment and nightlife. For those more interested in cultural events, the area is home to the Gran Teatro Tenda (theatre) and the Ennio Morricone Parco della Musica auditorium.

WARM WELCOME

We, the 7GF Home team, will gladly help you with your check-in (from 3 pm to 8 pm) and check-out (by 11 am), and we will try to accommodate different needs and other more flexible schedules as much as possible. We can also provide you with useful information about tourist and cultural attractions in the city, transportation and dining options. The rental periods (set out by Italian law as "short-term") can range from a minimum of one day to a maximum of 29 days.
